Ani Bajaj - NTP, RHP, FBCS
Ani Bajaj is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, Certified Restorative Health Practitioner (Gut Health) through the Institute of Restorative Health and a Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist through Wholistic Health Academy.
Before transitioning into nutrition, Ani built her career in network television and marketing. After years of navigating her own health challenges—driven by diet, environmental exposures, and chronic stress affecting her digestion and fertility—and not experiencing lasting results through conventional protocols, she was inspired to take her health into her own hands and seek a career in nutrition through a functional, holistic approach. With several years of formal education, continuing education units and clinical experience, she gained the ability to look beyond symptoms and embrace a truly holistic perspective on health.
In working with clients, Ani takes a holistic approach—looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the body as a whole and uncover the deeper root causes. This process includes appropriate functional testing, a comprehensive review of health history, and a deep dive into food, lifestyle, and mood patterns. From there, she creates bio-individual, practical protocols that emphasize nutrient-dense nutrition, supportive lifestyle shifts, and targeted supplementation.
Ani is deeply committed to guiding clients to tap into their innate wisdom and supporting them reach their health goals. Whether it is building sustainable habits, improving digestion and blood sugar regulation, mineral balance and more or uncovering the root of persistent symptoms, she creates a supportive, collaborative partnership focused on long-term health.
